Comparative testing of HC injection system
In 2012, Tianxiong Company undertook and successfully completed the national "12th Five Year Plan" 863 project "Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Diesel Engine Aftertreatment System" and the major special project "Research and Industrialization of Urea SCR Additive Blue Supply and Control System for Diesel Engine" in Hubei Province. During this period, it acquired Bavarian Fluid Technology Company from Germany, fully mastering the core technology related to diesel engine exhaust aftertreatment. The mass-produced urea tank, cooling water solenoid valve, electromagnetic pump, liquid level sensor, and urea quality sensor have supplied more than one million sets to the market, and has been committed to the development of new products for National VI.
The fuel cut-off valve and metering unit used in this HC injection system are very similar to the coolant solenoid valve and urea metering injection valve in the SCR system currently produced by Tianxiong Company. Through comparative testing with Bosch's products, Tianxiong Company is fully capable of preparing alternative products with higher cost-effectiveness.
