Introduction Overview Function

In the active reuse system of diesel vehicle DPF (particulate trap), a dedicated device for fuel quantitative supply and injection atomization is usually composed of two parts: fuel consumption measurement unit and injection unit. The HC injection device is generally installed on the exhaust pipe before the turbocharger exhaust outlet and DOC; When the DPF needs to be regenerated, the DCU first opens the fuel shut-off valve (SV valve) and connects the fuel. If the upstream pressure and temperature sensor detects that the oil pressure is within the working range, the system will open the metering valve (DV valve) and start supplying fuel according to the command; Fuel is injected into the exhaust pipe through the injection unit, forming a uniform oil mist. After mixing with the exhaust, it enters the DOC (diesel oxidation catalyst) and is catalytic burned in the DOC to increase the inlet temperature of the DPF, burn off particulate matter, and achieve the regeneration of the DPF.
