Later, due to insufficient durability, it was gradually changed to a one-time molding of the steel pipe body, and the insulation cotton was wrapped in stainless steel patterned plates. Dongfeng, Yutong and other host factories are gradually adopting this form.

Equipped with a 500h engine durability test bench, the insulation performance will be tested after completion, and the insulation performance will not decrease by more than 10%;
4. Vibration durability
According to the Q/DFLCJ1063 test method, the sealing and insulation performance shall be tested after the test. The decrease in sealing and insulation performance shall not exceed 5%, and there shall be no damage or deformation to the appearance.
