Introduction Overview Function

The solenoid valve of the urea pump is the core component of the urea pump, which controls the flow of urea in the pump. Through the switch control of the solenoid valve, urea can flow into the SCR selective catalytic reduction device in a certain proportion to reduce nitrogen oxides (NOx) in diesel emissions, thereby achieving the goal of purifying the atmosphere.

1) Working medium: engine coolant (urea)

2) Working environment temperature: -40 ℃~+85 ℃

3) Rated working voltage: 24V DC (optional 12V)

4) Permissible voltage range: 18~32V DC

5) Rated flow rate: optional 6.7L/min, 10L/min, 13.3L/min

6) Minimum opening voltage: ≤ 20.4V DC (hot state)

7) Maximum release voltage: 3~6.5V DC (hot state)
